If you’ve been using WhatsApp Templates to proactively engage with leads and customers, you can now make your messages more interactive and attention-grabbing. Add images, videos, and documents, or highlight key text as headers. You can also include CTAs and quick replies at the end of your message, making it easier than ever for contacts to respond or take action.
Moreover, you can further personalize your messages by including merge fields from your pipelines in your WhatsApp Templates. For example, when sending an “Order Shipped” message, simply add fields for order number, product name, and customer name, and Bigin will automatically pull the correct details from each record before sending.
Automate WhatsApp communication.
We've also brought in automation to the mix! You can now automatically trigger WhatsApp messages directly using Workflows and Stage Automation. Whether it is a delivery update, a thank-you message after a purchase, or a cross-sell message a few weeks later, Bigin delivers it at the right moment. For instance, the “Order Shipped” template you created can be sent automatically when a deal moves to the “Order Shipped” stage, with no extra steps needed.
Effortlessly schedule online and offline meetings with Booking Pages.
With Bigin’s, in-built appointment management system, Booking Pages, customers and leads can effortlessly schedule demos, classes, or any other meetings based on your availability. Each booking is automatically added as an event in your calendar, and reminders are sent to both your team and the customer.

Automatic meeting link generation.
After simplifying scheduling, we've ensured that conducting your meetings just as easy. For online meetings, a link is automatically generated using your preferred platform, either Zoom or Zoho Meeting, and shared with the customer by email. The link is also added to the event in your Bigin calendar.
Offline meetings are simplified too!
If it is an offline meeting at the customer’s location, a field is created to collect the address, which is then added to the event in your calendar.
